SRINAGAR, July 5: The Disciplinary Committee of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference on Saturday decided to expel Pandit Govind Ram Sharma and his son, Suresh Sharma from the party for six years for anti-party activities.
Taking cognizance of the reports received from various quarters within the party, complaining about anti-party role of Pt Govind Ram Sharma and his son during the just concluded Parliamentary elections, the Disciplinary Committee has taken the decision to expel him and his son for six years, said an official spokesperson.
