JAMMU, Oct 6: A delegation of NC Minority Cell led by its president M K Yogi called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner here, today and discussed the problems of displaced people with him.
The delegation demanded issuance of RBA certificates to the migrants belonging to RBA areas in the Valley , simplification of bifurcation and inclusion process, implementation of PM’s employment package, migrants putting up in rented accommodations be allotted TRTs at Jagti and quarters at Purkhoo migrant camp be renovated for temporary rehabilitation, and allotment of shops at Jagti be made at an earliest.
The Minority Cell delegation while expressing concern over the problems being faced by the displaced people urged the authorities to settle them at the earliest.
The other leaders of the delegation included Bal Krishan Bhat, Amit Koul, Ramesh Bharti, Ashwani Bhat, Bittu Ji Bhat etc.
