NC Minority Cell holds meet

JAMMU, Nov 4: National Conference (NC) Minority Cell in its meeting held here today under the chairmanship of its president M K Yogi discussed various demands of the displaced people.
The meeting said that present Government has ignored the displaced Pandits altogether and some welfare projects launched by previous coalition have also been abandoned.
Mr Yogi asked the activists to work unitedly and strengthen the party as NC has always championed the cause of every class of society and it believes in the policies of secularism.
He said the Cell will reach out every migrant Basti in camp and non camp to assess their problems and project them before the Party president Dr Farooq Abdullah and its working president Omar Abdullah.  He said that BJP and PDP should clear their stand of Temples Bill as it was BJP which previous time stalled its passage.
