SRINAGAR, Sept 12: National Conference (NC) has nominated senior party leaders for various key positions in the Party.
While Qamar Ali Akhoon and Ajay Sadhotra have been appointed additional general secretaries, Surinder Chowdary has been appointed as central secretary, Dr Bashir Ahmad Veeri as senior vice president (Kashmir province), Ghulam Mohideen Mir as senior vice president (Kashmir Province) and Syed Tawqeer Ahmad as south zone president.
An official order in this regard was signed by the party’s general secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar. Giving best wishes to the newly appointed office bearers, Party president Dr Farooq Abdullah and vice president Omar Abdullah hoped that the Party will benefit from public life and social service experience of these leaders.
