JAMMU, Mar 17: Panun Kashmir led by Dr Ajay Chrungoo and Dr Agnishekhar today demanded that Government should formally accept Hindus of Kashmir have suffered genocide and National Conference (NC) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) were launching pads of separatism and subversion.
The Government of India should formally accept that Hindus of Kashmir were subjected to genocide in Kashmir by the Islamist forces, PK chairman, Dr Ajay Chrungoo demanded at a press conference here today.
Ajay Chrungoo who was flanked by senior PK leaders S L Bakshi and P N Raina while turning tables on Government of India said the “denial of genocide of Hindus of Kashmir by it was the biggest success of Pro-Pak subversive establishment operating within India. Denial of genocide of Hindus in Kashmir helped immensely in creating an impression that the Islamist separatist movement in Jammu and Kashmir was a legitimate freedom movement rather a religious fascist movement aiming to destroy all freedoms that mankind should have in a civilized society.”
He further said the support structures of Jihad outside India and inside India were intrinsically linked and hence destruction of support structure of Jihad operating on soil of India is an imperative necessity if designs of Pakistan have to be decisively defeated. “A welcome coherence has emerged in the policy of Government of India since the fall of PDP-BJP alliance in the State. The surgical strike in Balakot has first time communicated to Pakistan and its Jihadi flanks that for Government of India Zero level tolerance to terrorism is not just a slogan but a sacrosanct principle of its policy while dealing with the Jihadi menace”, he added.
Dr Chrungoo said ban on Jammat-i-Islamia is a step in right direction. “In recent years another Pan-Islamist organization Ahl-e-Hadis , ideology the mother of terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Toiba has phenomenally widened its indoctrination infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir. This organization should also be banned immediately along with its sister affiliations”, he added.
“There are launching pads for terrorists across the LoC and IB equally more dangerous are the political organizations operating within the political system of the State that act as launching pads for separatism and subversion and the NC and PDP act as such launching pads.”
