SOPORE, Aug 25: Senior Vice President of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference and former minister Abdul Gani Vakil today took on NC and PDP leadership on recent All Party Meeting saying they lost credibility the moment they invited Shiv Sena, which is among the main political parties that advocated revocation of Article 370.
Mr Vakil said NC and PDP seeking restoration of Article 370, by inviting Shiv Sena for All party Meeting is in contradiction to the basic principles. “People are genuinely demanding reply from NC and PDP leadership for inviting Shiv Sena who supported abrogation of Article 370 in and outside the Parliament and distributed sweets on abrogation of Article 370,” he said while addressing party workers conventions at Mazbugh and Amargarh in Sopore.
Vakil also demanded a comprehensive employment package for the youth of J&K and alleged that the present ruling dispensation dashed the hopes of aspiring youths when it comes to providing employment opportunities to them.
