NC seeks support for Raman Bhalla in Marh segment

JAMMU, Apr 22: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (SC Cell), urged the people of Marh segment of Jammu- Reasi Lok Sabha constituency to support INDI Alliance candidate Raman Bhalla.
In a meeting of the SC Cell of the National Conference held under the chairmanship of Vijay Lochan, at Makhayala in Marh, the speakers sought support for Raman Bhalla, for Jammu Lok Sabha seat. The meeting was organised by Desh Raj Sangral, wherein, Vijay Lochan, Chairman of JKNC SC Cell, was the chief guest.
Lochan asserted that the people belonging to OBC community are reeling under depressed conditions as the present dispensation in J&K has failed to provide justice to this underprivileged section of the society. He raised serious concern over the increasing plight of the people, exacerbated by the prevailing situation.
Highlighting the urgent need for concerted action, Lochan urged the people to rally behind the INDI Alliance candidate, emphasizing the pivotal role they must play in safeguarding the nation from the BJP’s divisive agenda. He observed that the resounding wave of support in favour of INDI Alliance signals a groundswell of resistance against the forces threatening the nation’s democratic ethos.
Rakesh Singh, Central Zone vice president of the party, highlighted the detrimental impact of the BJP regime on the youth, stressing the urgent need for transformative change. He emphasized the youth’s pivotal role in shaping the nation’s future and called for their active participation in driving positive reforms.
Sham Lal Basson and Rishpal Singh, former Corporators, highlighted the problems being faced by the weaker sections of society under the present dispensation. They emphasized the imperative of championing their rights and advocated for inclusive policies that uplift the marginalized.
Ram Lal District president SC Cell, Som Nath, Baldev Raj, Bua Ditta, Lambardar Raj Kumar, Capt. Harbans Lal, Bodh Raj, Milki Ram and BD Thappa were also present on the occasion.
