JAMMU, Sept 10: To strengthen the State NCP, its president and Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh has appointed office bearers with additional charge.
Ramesh Chander Bali has been appointed as Chairman of Sewa Dal with additional charge of State treasurer and Chairman of five member Finance Committee, TK Koul and Ghulam Mohammad Pal, Vice Presidents State NCP will be the members of Finance Committee, Raj Singh Jamwal, State General Secretary will be convenor of the Finance Committee, State President will also be the member of the State Finance Committee.
The committee will look after the total distribution of party membership forms, donation forms and collection of the membership and amount collected will be deposited in a nationalized bank and withdrawal by two nominated person–Randhir Singh, State President and Ramesh Chander Bali, State Treasurer.
State president also constituted a small committee of senior NCP leaders which will form wards President of all the 71 wards of Jammu Municipal Corporation and will also select 50 per cent youth, 25 per cent women and 25 per cent social activists and Labour Unions for the forthcoming Municipal elections in consultation with State President and senior leaders of the party.
The committee will be headed by RC Bali alongwith members Rishi Koul Kilam, President NYC and Additional Spokesman State NCP, Rahul Mangeshkar, who has been appointed Convenor NCP Labour Cell and Bansi Lal Sodhi, General Secretary NCP.
