NCP extends support to PDP in LS by-polls

JAMMU, Apr 7: State unit of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP)  has decided to extend support to PDP in the forthcoming Lok Sabha by-elections in the J&K State.
In a meeting of the state unit of NCP held here today under the chairmanship of  former minister and state president , Thakur Randhir Singh here, all the members of the Executive Body, unanimously resolved to support PDP candidate Tasadaq Hussain Mufti from  Anantnag  and Nazir Khan from Srinagar constituency in the by-elections. The members appealed the NCP activists in the Valley to extend full support to the PDP in these by-elections.
Senior party leaders K K Digra, R S Billowaria, R C Bali, Rishi Koul and Sanjay Rana also attended the meeting.
