BANIHAL, Mar 29: NC district president Ramban, Sajjad Shaheen has said that NC is not a mere political party but a movement with well-defined political agenda.
Addressing NC working committee meeting of Block Ramsoo, Shaheen said: “Workers of NC are epitome of sacrifice and selfless service who have withstood all challenges and proven their loyalty towards the people, party and its leadership.”
He further claimed that NC’s objective has never been power but dignity and development of the State and people.
Shaheen said that NC is the only party with credible footprints in all 90 Assembly constituencies of the State.
He said those patting their backs over standing in the State’s political sphere and claiming to form next government in J&K will not even find enough candidates to field from all constituencies.
Block NC presidents Ramsoo and Ukharhal—Nisar Ahmad Sohil, Riyaz Ahmed Mir; District NC vice president, Mushtaq Ahmed Sohil and others were also present on the occasion.
