NEW DELHI: Terming the NDA Government’s policy towards Jammu and Kashmir as ‘inconsistent’, the Congress today called on the Centre to take the Opposition into confidence to resolve the situation in the State.
The party said that it has been holding talks with various parties in the Opposition to evolve a consensus on the issue.
Talking to reporters here, AICC spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said,”in the last three years, the Kashmir policy of the Government has been changing with each passing day. There is a lack of consistency on the Jammu and Kashmir policy.” (AGENCIES)
