NDKM stages ‘Maa Mujhe Tagore Bana Do’

JAMMU, Aug 3: Nav Durga Kala Manch today staged Maa Mujhe Tagore Bana Do in Friday Theatre Series at Performing Art Studio, Jammu in collaboration with Rangaloke.
The play is based on a Punjabi story written by Mohan Bhandari and was designed and directed by Lucky Gupta.
The play is about the story of a boy’s struggle for getting education. It is a saga of dedication, determination and the strong will power of a poor boy who despite setbacks hopes to be like Tagore in life and write poetry like him.
It was 49th show of Rangaloke’s 100 show series and in totality Lucky Gupta has done 175 shows of the said play.
Aaditya Bhanu, Director NDKM, congratulated Lucky Gupta on behalf of NDKM family for staging 175 shows of Maa Mujhe Tagore Bana Do. He also stated that it was an honor for NDKM because the first show of Maa Mujhe Tagore Bana Do was staged by Lucky Gupta for NDKM last year and now he has been doing this play all over the country.
By ending of August, Rangaloke is going to stage the said play in all over India and there would be 15 shows in Nepal also.
