JAMMU, Dec 14: National Democratic Party (Indian) State president, Rajesh Gupta appealed Governor Satya Pal Malik to deport all the Rohingyas from the State as they are illegal immigrants.
Rajesh Gupta said that since they are not legal immigrants, “they stand to be deported”. He said the recovery of huge cash from the Rohingyas shows that they are indulging in terrorist activities.
“Rohingyas are involved in theft and other criminal activities. They are threat to national as well as regional security,” he said, adding, while the Central Government wants to deport them, the State Government has no policy with regard to the deportation of these immigrants.
Gupta appealed the Central and the State Government to work in unison to detect and deport these illegal immigrants and the religion should not be a bottleneck in their deportation.
