JAMMU, Feb 5: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) here today organized an e-Dogri Kavi Goshti wherein poets recited their poetry on varied subjects.
Neelam Sharma of Basohli read her Dogri Geet and presided over the function whereas Dogra Harish Kaila, president NDS organized and supervised the function.
Yash Paul Yash, general secretary NDS anchored the programme.
The participating poets were Neelam Verma Mahotra, Arun Sharma, Sunita Sharma, Dr. Sushil Bhola, Dr. Mulalh Raj Bhamagi, Usha Kiran Kiran, Jatinder Jolly, Balwan Singh Jamwal, Savita Sharma, Madan Lal Sharma, Joginder Singh Manhas, Kusum Sharma Antra, Sanjeev Gupta, Sheikh Fayyaz, Dogra Shambu Ram Pyasa, Sunaina Kaila, Dr. Chanchal Sharma, Sudershan Kumar and Tarsem Mahajan.
Neelam Sharma lauded NDS for continuing literary programmes even in the time of pandemic.
Harish Kaila said that writers and poets always enlighten and show mirror to the society which is important for growth and mental health of the society.
Dr. Sushil Bhola presented vote of thanks.
