JAMMU, Apr 14: Dogri song album ‘Tugi Dikhne Da Cha Gorye’ written, composed and sung by Surinder Safal was here today released by Mohinder Bhardwaj, president High Court Bar Association Jammu.
Prof. R.D Sharma, Ex-Vice Chancellor Jammu and Noida Universities presided over the function while Sunil Dimple, Activist was special guest; Dr. Rajan Bhatia, famous Consultant for Vitero Retina from Amritsar was special invitee; Ravinder Sharma, former Additional Advocate General was guest of honour; Prof. Anupama Sharma, patron Youth Wing NDS; Lalit Sharma, convenor NDS and Dogra Harish Kaila, president NDS shared the dais.
Music to the song was given by Surinder Manhas while Sonu Taneja has directed the video album and Surinder Safal and Khawaish Gupta, a Bollywood actress and Model have acted in the song.
Rajni Anubhav conducted the proceedings of the programme.
Speaking on the occasion different speakers stressed upon the need to strengthen Dogri language and to encourage the children to talk in Dogri.
A resolution was passed on this occasion to appeal J&K LG to set up a ‘Film Industry’ in J&K for the promotion of local languages and culture.
