JAMMU, Oct 3: The residents of Neel Sheel Vihar and Paloura Dhok are facing acute scarcity of water.
According to residents of the area they get water supply after an interval of five and six days in a week making their living very difficult.
The residents had made an appeal to Chief Engineer, PHE asking him to look into their problem and ensure the water supply daily in these localities as due to the delayed supply people are forced to purchase the portable water tankers.
The residents said that despite making a number of representations to the concerned officers they failed to supply the water on daily basis.
