Neeru Sharma’s book released

JAMMU, Feb 17: Dogri Bhasha Academy, Jammu, in collaboration with Rashtriya Kavi Sangam, Jammu Kashmir, organized a book release function wherein Hindi and Dogri Literary personality and translator   Neeru Sharma’s book, entitled CHINTAN (collection of articles in Hindi) written by her, was released.
On the occasion, Neeru Sharma was also felicitated on being awarded by the Kendriya Hindi Nideshalya, New Delhi for her book PAGDANDI (collection of short stories in Hindi) for the year 2017.
Prof   Anju Bhasin, Vice Chancellor of Cluster University Jammu, was chief guest on the occasion while eminent Hindi writer and critic Prof   Raj Kumar presided over the function.
Neeru Sharma, Prof   Veena Gupta, Dr   Arvinder Singh Amn, Yashpaul Nirmal   and Kewal Kumar Kewal also shared the dais. A detailed paper based on the critical appreciation of   Neeru Sharma’s book CHINTAN was presented by Dr   Sapna Devi.  Prof.  Ganga Sharma presented a citation on the life and works of   Neeru Sharma, who had remained editor of Hindi Sheeraza, a literary magazine of JKAACL and also president of Rashtar Bhasha Prachar Samiti Jammu Kashmir.
