NEW DELHI, Aug 27: Drug firm Neuland Laboratories today said its board has approved merger of Neuland Health Sciences and Neuland Pharma Research with the company.
“The Board of Directors of the company…Have in-principle approved a proposal to merge Neuland Health Sciences (holding company) and Neuland Pharma Research (subsidiary of the holding company) with Neuland Laboratories,” Neuland Laboratories said in a filing to BSE
The merger is subject to all necessary approvals, it added.
The Hyderabad-based Neuland Laboratories manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and advanced intermediates. (PTI)
