JAMMU, May 18: Alto 800, now with a more attractive front design, fresh interiors, vibrant colours, higher fuel efficiency and new features was launched by Dawa Gaylong, Chief Manager, Punjab National Bank in the presence of Territory Sales Manager MSIL Siddharth Kohli at Jammu Motors Pvt Ltd, 6-Akhnoor Road Jammu.
Amongst present on the occasion were Sanjeev Sharma (GM Sales/Service Jammu Motors), Sahil Arora, Neeraj, Pankaj (ICICI Bank), Sandeep Sharma (HDFC Bank) Tuli (SBI), Vikrant (INDUSIND), Mrinal Chowdhary and Gurdeep Thakur (Mahindra & Mahindra).
CEO Jammu Motors Kanav Aggarwal on the occasion said Alto’s attributes like its sleek design, good manoeuvrability, low cost of ownership and attractive price points makes it a peculiar car among India’s first time car buyers. It has remained India’s top selling model for last 12 years in a row. Alto is the only car brand to cross the historic 30 lakh sales milestone and contributes to almost 18 to 20 percent of Maruti Suzuki’s sales in India. New Alto 800 delivers 24.7 km/l of petrol, around 9 percent improvement over the earlier vesion. In CNG Mode Alto 800 offers a mileage of 33.44 km/Kg, an improvement of around 10 percent.
He added that Alto 800 is more stylish, trendy, convenient and comfortable with front fascia a new aero edge design. Inside, the customers will get new dark grey interior along with stylish new seat and door trim fabric that adds a classic appeal to the car. An improved rear seat with an integrated headrest makes the ride more comfortable for the rear passengers. It has improved engine performance and fuel efficiency.
