JAMMU, Feb 3: To reach out to general public to meet their insurance needs at their door step, The New India Assurance Corporation Limited, has opened its Micro office at Sunghal Morh, Akhnoor under Divisional Office-I, Shalamar Road, Jammu.
The New India Assurance Corporation Limited is the largest general insurance company having its registered Head Office at Mumbai and is wholly owned by Government of India under Ministry of Defence.
The office was inaugurated by Dr SL Khosa, DGM, Regional Office, Chandigarh, in the presence of Senior Divisional Manager, VK Anand, officials of company and other prominent citizens of Akhnoor.
The office will mitigate insurance related problems of public living in Sub-District Akhnoor and adjoining areas at local level in a speedy and expeditious manner.
