JAMMU, May 12: Harjeet Singh has been elected as president while Pawan Deep Singh as general secretary of Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Bakshi Nagar Parbandhak Committee, Jammu today.
In a meeting of the former and present members/office bearers of the Committee held at Gurdwara Singh Sabha Bakshi Nagar on Sunday, in the presence of Sangat, new office bearers were elected for the term of three years.
During the meeting S. Harjeet Singh was unanimously elected as president, Jatinder Singh vice president, Pawan Deep Singh-general secretary and Ishan Singh as manager of the Bakshi Nagar Gurdawara Parbandhak Committee. Besides them, eight more members were inducted in the executive committee. They are- Paramjeet Singh, Paramjeet Singh-II, Vikramjeet Singh, Taranjeet Singh, Bibi Surinder Kour, Bibi Gurpreet Kour, Bibi Hareen Kour and Bibi Simran Kour.
