New Recruitment Policy

Sir,
The new Recruitment Policy is illogical and irrelevant in the present system of living where the cost of living has increased manifold and its difficult to  survive by compromising one’s hard earned and learned education. Even the High Court has done injustice to the educated unemployed youth  of this State.
Such a policy may , to some extent look dear to all if implemented on all other posts including gazetted posts. On the one hand the Govt. is crying for reducing salary expenditure of employees and on the other hand, it is continuously increasing the salaries, perks and other allowances and privileges of the ministers, let an MLA prove his/her worth for five/six years and elected again will get the full  salary as applicable to the lower grade employees. In an apparent manner, a large amount of salary of the employees is being diverted and distributed among officers and ministers. So, is there any mechanism for the Govt to say that burden on the state exchequer has been reduced by adopting this new recruitment policy. In fact the Govt. is diverting the attention of the people of major issues like corruption. Is it not justified that bureaucrat and Minister should entitled to have full salary unless that achieve zero level of corruption in their respective administrative areas and ministeries concerned. The above facts are enough to prove why most of the political parties are keeping mum on this grave concern.
What is more embarrasing is that the candidates belonging to SC community have to face greater hardships when selected for other district posts beside the district they belong to. It is difficult for them to survive in a remote district of Kashmir division or even of Jammu division on a meager amount of just basic salary. Loding and travelling to his  hometown is no feasible. It is not a job opportunity but a punishment opportunity the Govt is befooling the people on the name of reservation. It should do away with the new recruitment policy.
