NEW DELHI, Apr 25: HL Abrol, chairman of the NGO, `Healthy India Stronger India’ (HISI) along with other members today called on senior Congress leader and former Rajya Sabha member Dr Karan Singh here.
The meeting was scheduled to discuss the possibilities in J&K State for skill development of the youth. HISI is already running its center in Jammu city that provides free training in tailoring, beautician course, computer course and library course to needy students. The students are trained in this center free of cost and provided with the course completion certificates so that they can stand on their own and earn livelihood for their families.
Dr Karan Singh appreciated the hard work of Hira Lal Abrol and team members of HISI for providing the free skill development opportunities to the youth of J&K State.
