SRINAGAR, Apr 12: Prof Saifuddin Soz, former Union Minister in a statement issued here today said that there are several NGOs in Kashmir doing a wonderful job and dedicated to the cause of helping the needy during the ongoing lockdown, adding that much needed to be done to save the poor in this hour of crisis.
“INFAQ Foundation, Help the Poor, Chamber of Commerce, KCSDS and Kashmir Bar Association are a few NGOs/ Organisations to name, who leave no stone unturned in helping the poor,” Soz said.
He said reportedly, Downtown has created a good example of togetherness while helping each other, however, it is observed that there are no volunteers to take the delivery of aid and ensure its proper distribution among the needy.
