NIA gets 3 days custody of terror accused

JAMMU, May 28: The NIA court today sent Sunjuwan terror accused Abid Ahmed Mir to three days custody of the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
Mir son of Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, a resident of village Putrigam in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, was today produced before 3rd Additional Session Court designated as NIA Court here this morning.
The court granted his three days remand to the NIA.
Mir was arrested by the NIA from Pulwama a day before for his involvement in Sunjuwan terror attack on April 22 in which a CISF ASI was martyred while 10 security personnel were injured. Two militants were gunned down by security forces.
