JAMMU, July 21: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Kishtwar today jointly conducted raid at the residence of top Hizbul Mujahideen militant Riyaz Ahmed alias Hurara son of Mohammad Ramzan Lone at Marwah in Kishtwar district.
Riyaz Ahmed has been on the run for past quite some time and is wanted to various security agencies in connection with terror activities.
The raiding teams were looking for calls on mobile telephones of the family of Riyaz and some documents.
SIU Kishtwar team in the operation was led by DySP Vishal Sharma.
