REASI, Feb 5: Pending enquiry, nine employees of Primary Health Centre (PHC) Gota have been suspended for their unauthorized absence from duties.
The suspension was ordered by Deputy Commissioner Reasi Charandeep Singh after a video about the absence of the entire staff of PHC Gota on February 5 went viral. Those who have been suspended are Dr Rajiv Salaria (Medical Officer), Dr Vikash Bharti (Medical Officer), Onkar Singh (Senior Ophthalmic Technician), Parveen Kumar (ISM Pharmacist), Rajinder Kour (JSN), Lajo Devi (JSN), Chamil Singh (NO), Raj Kour (NO) and Harvinder Singh (Ambulance Driver).
According to the order, the suspended employees shall remain attached in the office of the Block Medical Officer, Mahore during suspension period.
