Nirankari Mission organises blood donation camp

JAMMU, Mar 17: Sant Nirankari Mission, branch R.S Pura today organised a voluntary blood donation camp.
The camp saw overwhelming turnout of donors from various age groups, not just from R.S Pura but also from nearby areas like Miran Sahib, Arnia and Sai Kalan.
The blood donation camp was inaugurated by Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP who while speaking on the occasion said that volunteer blood donation camps organized by Sant Nirankari Mission are a commendable effort towards addressing the critical need for blood in hospitals and blood banks across various regions.
Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge Jammu while speaking on the occasion said that self-realisation through God realisation is the fundamental objective of human birth. “Beyond physical act of donating blood, these camps also serve as a powerful platform for educating public about health benefits of blood donation, including promotion of haemoglobin levels, improved blood flow, and the joy of giving,” he maintained.
Earlier Master Tara Singh, Sanyojak R.S Pura delivered welcome address.
Dr. Zulfikar Ahmed, Consultant; Dr. Aifa from Blood Bank GMC Jammu; Gian Chand, Kshetriya Sanchalak Jammu and others were also present on the occasion.
