JAMMU, Nov 14: Nirmal Singh was today inducted as vice-chairman of the Scheduled Caste Backward Classes (SCBC) Cell of National Conference.
His nomination was done by former Minister and chairman, SCBC Cell of the party, Babu Ram Paul, who also elevated Bal Krishan Dogra as joint secretary and Ashok Tayagi as organizer of the Party cell.
The chairman also reconstituted new body of the party cell for Jammu district, which is comprised of Narinder Dutt Bhagat as district chairman, Jameet Raj as senior vice-chairman, Sain Dass, Om Parkash, Shabir Ahmed Malik, Kallu Singh and Sat Pal as vice-chairman, Som Dutt Nargotra as secretary, Chander Bhan as organizer, Bobby Kaith as joint secretary, Ashok Kumar as cashier and Baba Ditta as organizing secretary.
