JAMMU, Dec 21 : Even after two days, there is no breakthrough in the theft at the Samsung showroom of electronic goods, opposite Parade Police Post.
According to police, all out efforts were being made to identify and nab the thieves but no success in this regard has yet been made. As the stolen items include some mobile phones and laptops also, we are hopeful to trace the thieves once these devices are activated and brought in use, said a police officer.
As already reported, some thieves struck Samsung showroom, M/s Source Peripheral- owned by Rakesh Gupta, on the intervening night of Dec 18-19 and decamped with electronic goods worth lakhs. The stolen items include laptops, mobile phones, LCDs, LEDs and other devices.
