JAMMU, Nov 15:  The Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association (JKATA) has alleged that no list or regularization of Technocrats was published and no stipend was provided to the Agriculture Technocrats by Government despite its commitment.
Talking to media-persons State president of JKATA, Dr Surinder Radotra said that there was over six months delay  with regard to the publication of the 2nd phase regularization list which was due for publication in April 2015 as per cabinet order and the subsequent delay in stipend and salary of ReZs and VAEAs, respectively.
Dr Radotra said that this was the duty of the Government to publish the list of regularization in April 2015 but the Government failed miserably. “We waited patiently for last about seven months for the list but there was no result.   We all know that the Agriculture Technocrats ( Rehber- e-Zirat) of  both the regions Jammu and Kashmir are hand to mouth and are struggling in upbringing their families but the Government has shown no sympathy,” he added.
Dr Radotra further demanded that elected representatives running  the Government should resolve Agriculture Technocrats’  pending process of regularization. “We are undoable to understand why the list has been delayed. Even the first list was also published after the delay of 11 months. The Govt is forcing the Technocrats to come on roads once again for the regularization lists of 2nd and 3rd phase. This is the clear failure of the State Government. It has declared that  the candidates will be regularized after completion of 7 years of satisfactory services in three phases. The delay  indicates that Govt planned  1st  Phase from April 2014, 2nd Phase  April 2015, 3rd phase in April 2016, thus victimizing the candidates.
Dr  Radotra stressed upon the Government to release the stipend and salary of ReZs and VAEAs which has not been released for the last 18 months.
Vinod Sharma, chairman JAKATA, Manjeet Singh senior vice president and  Jyoti Chib general secretary were also present.
