No third party

Sir,
The Home Minister of India Rajnath Singh has rightly said that there could be no third party’s role in resolving the Kashmir imbroglio.
Pakistan, though it has been claiming, time and again that it should be involved in Kashmir affairs has no loci standi on the issue. It has been unnecessarily poking its nose in the issue. India is sovereign country and it can’t tolerate interference in its internal affairs. It has capability and wherewithal to manage the affairs-how much they may be crisis ridden-on its own.
It is worth mentioning here that even Pakistani media has castigated Pak Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s statement on Kashmir as mere ‘rhetoric’, just to win the votes. One of the dailies has even warned the Prime Minister that such statements are going to invite more trouble not only for Pakistan but Kashmiris also.
It is in the interest of Pakistan that it should stop interfering in the internal matters of Kashmir and work for its own people.
Yours etc…
