KATHUA, Feb 22: A nomad was injured after he was attacked by a leopard in forest area of village Bhaddu-Sangral in tehsil Billawar today.
Reports said the incident took place when Chandi Gujjar had gone to nearby forest with his cattle. Suddenly, a full grown leopard attacked his cattle. As he moved to rescue his cattle, the wild beast attacked him causing serious injures. The leopard later escaped leaving him the and cattle injured. He was removed to Billawar hospital.
