JAMMU, Sept 2: In the much publicized Chopras murder case, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, Kartar Singh today issued non-bailable warrants against Mahesh Pradhi , Russi Pradhi and Sikinder Singh, all the residents of Gunna and fixed September 10 as next date of hearing.
In this case, police has presented three charge-sheets against Ahesh, Russi, Vicky, Nanju, Bhawani Singh, Sikander, Narinder and Sangram Singh. The Court has also framed charges under Section 302/396/120-B/109 RPC against accused Dalip whereas charges under Section 302/120-B RPC have been framed against Ajab Singh, Tarlochan Singh Wazir, former MLC, Nagar Singh and Rajinder Singh.
Cement tycoon Rajinder Bushan Chopra alias Raju Chopra, his wife Madhu Chopra, daughter Saloni Chopra, servant Sonu and driver Jagan Nath were killed in Trikuta Nagar on September 18, 2006.
