JAMMU, May 26: A meeting of Non Camp Migrant Organization was held today under the chairmanship of Pushkar Nath Pandita and it was decided that a list will be submitted to Relief Commissioner Jammu for allotment of quarters at Jagti township soon.
The president of NCMO Jammu Nana Ji Dembi stressed on rehabilitation of rented migrant families while Kashyap Tickoo demanded implementation of PM’s reconstruction programme for rented Migrants at the earliest.
He said these migrants are suffering for last 23 years as they were not allotted the quarters and demanded that the allotment of quarters to these migrants should be made at the earliest.
Others who addressed the meeting included Ashok Kumar Raina, Manmohan Ganjoo, Tribhawan Ji, Vinod Bhat, Rakesh Jib, Sunita Bindroo, Daizi Kher, Babita Kour, Fency Raina, Sweety, Rattan Lal Bhat and Rajinder.
