Non-teaching employees of School Education Deptt call on DSE

JAMMU, June 13: A deputation of All J&K Non-Teaching Employees of School Education Department under the chairmanship of its president, Bharat Bhushan Kotwal called on the Director School Education Jammu and submitted a memorandum of demands.
The demands highlighted in the memorandum included regularization of incharge Section Officers and incharge Head Assistants, promotion of Head Assistants to Section Officers and Senior Assistants to Head Assistants, creation of non-teaching staff in 44 non-NES zones, creation of clerical staff under RMSA/SSA schemes, creation of non-teaching/ministerial staff in newly created CEO offices, issuance of adjustment orders of Junior Assistants promoted as Senior Assistants in the DPC held in February 2014, deputation of untrained Senior Assistant for Secretariat Assistant Course training, clarification from Finance Department regarding Time Bound Promotion under SRO-14, Conduct of DPC of all cadres, Overtime wages to non-teaching staff and detachment of teaching staff working in offices of DSE, Jammu, CEO and other offices.
The Director School Education Jammu gave a patient hearing and assures the Forum for redressal of most of their demands sympathetically within the shortest possible time.
