NEW DELHI: Terming North Korea’s nuclear and ballistic missile programme as a grave threat to its own security, and to international peace, India today indirectly attacked Pakistan urging the world nations to hold accountable all those ”that have supported these programmes.”
In a statement issued here, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said North Korea’s nuclear programme and its proliferation links were adversely impacting India’s national security.
India called upon the country to refrain from such actions that undermine international peace and stability.
”We also urge the international community to work together to hold accountable all those parties that have supported these programmes,” the MEA said.
A couple of days back North Korea fired its first intercontinental ballistic missile test, evoking strong reaction from the US and raising world wide concern. (AGENCIES)
