SRINAGAR, Oct 7: Lt. Gen. Sanjiv Chachra, Northern Army Commander, called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here this evening.
During the meeting, the Governor and the Northern Army Commander discussed issues relating to internal and external security management. Lt. Gen. Chachra particularly briefed the Governor about the several incidents of large scale infiltration from across the LoC in the Keran Sector.
Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh, Corps Commander, 15 Corps, was present during the meeting.
