SRINAGAR, Oct 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (PSC) has declared that fee deposited by the candidates along with the application forms for the vacant posts of Civil Judge/ Munsiffs in Law and Justice department, shall be refunded in full.
Deputy Controller of Examinations, J&K PSC, Dr Abdul Baseer has disclosed that consequent upon the withdrawal of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Munsiff posts by the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs , vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/ 2018-19/14 dated 09-10-2019 under endorsement No. PSC/Ex/KCS (J) 2018-19 dated 09-10-2019, has been withdrawn. He further clarified that the fee deposited by the candidates along with application forms shall be refunded in full.
