REASI, June 2: A notorious criminal among four accused, who were involved in murderous assault on a youth namely Irfan Iqbal of Reasi on May 29, were arrested today.
According to Police, the arrested accused were identified as Kapoor Singh, Vishav Rasyal, Rajinder Singh alias Rinku and Sachin Singh, who is a history-sheeter.
On disclosure of the accused, a sharp edged weapon and two Maruti cars, used in the commission of the crime were also recovered and seized. The arrests were made by a Special Police team, headed by SHO Reasi Ashwani Sharma.
Accused Sachin Singh is already facing trial in many cases. He had been booked under the Public Safety Act and was released about six months ago.
