JAMMU, Mar 18: A notorious criminal was booked under stringent Public Safety Act (PSA) here at Miran Sahib Area today, police said.
They said the arrest warrant of hardcore criminal Harvinder Singh alias Baddu of Simbal Camp, Miran Sahib, Tehsil RS Pura, District Jammu was executed at Police Station Miran Sahib by a team led by SHO Miran Sahib, Inspector Zaheer Mushtaq constituted under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura, Surinder Singh.
“The accused person is a notorious criminal and was involved in 12 cases of heinous nature including, attempt to murder, stabbing, and snatching,” a police spokesperson said.
“Finally the arrest warrant of the accused was executed today and he was lodged at Central Jail, Kot Bhalwal,” added the police spokesperson.
