RAJOURI, June 18: Rajouri Police has detained a notorious criminal under Public Safety Act (PSA).
According to Police, Mohd Kabir, son of Feroz Din, resident of Nerojal, Tehsil Thanamandi, District Rajouri, has been booked under PSA for repeated criminal activities which are highly prejudicial and detrimental to the maintenance of public order
He was already booked in many cases that include FIR No 320/2016 U/S 337 RPC of Police Station Rajouri; FIR No 75/2011 U/Ss 457/380 IPC of PS Rajouri; FIR No 332/2012 U/Ss 457/380 RPC of PS Rajouri; FIR No 12/2012 U/Ss 323/324 RPC of PS Thanamandi; FIR No 155/2021 U/Ss 307/323/511/380/457 IPC of PS Manjakote and FIR No 162/2021 U/Ss 307/323/ 511/380 /457 IPC of PS Manjakote; FIR No 85/2023 U/Ss 457/380/201 IPC of PS Nowshera; FIR No 20/2023 U/Ss 457/380 IPC of PS Nowshera; FIR No 36/2010 U/S 279 RPC of PS Rajouri and FIR No 85/2017 U/Ss 307/341/225/353/342/147/148 RPC of PS Thanamandi.
