JAMMU, Mar 26: Bishnah Police arrested three notorious criminals and recovered sharp edged weapons from their possession.
As per police sources, on specific information about movement of criminals, a team from Police Station Bishnah led by SHO Inspector Anil Choudhary under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura laid a naka and intercepted three persons, who were found roaming under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered sharp edged weapons from the possession of the trio and arrested them.
The arrested persons were identified as Sachin, son of Manohar Lal, a resident of RS Pura, Yogeshwar Singh, son of Jatinder Singh, a resident of Bishnah and Karan Menia, son of Bishan Dass, a resident of District Samba. With their arrest, police has probably foiled a murder plot.
A case under FIR Number 59/2021 under Section 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Bishnah and investigation started.
