DODA, Mar 12: Bhalra Police under ‘Operation Sanjeevani’ arrested a notorious drug peddler and recovered cannabis from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Post Bhalra headed by PSI Bhupinder Singh laid a naka near Kapra bridge and apprehended a notorious drug peddler with 370 grams cannabis.
The arrested person was identified as Amjad Hussain, son of Mohd Hussain Bhat, a resident of Chinar Mohalla Bhaderwah.
A case FIR Number 29/2022 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation started.
