NPP protests against poor water, power supply

UDHAMPUR, Nov 12: National Panthers Party (NPP) here today staged a protest demonstration against the poor water and power supply in the town.
The protest was led by former MLA and NPP President, Balwant Singh Mankotia who said that the general public of Udhampur is still struggling for the basic facilities like water and electricity.
He said that PHE and PDD departments have completely failed to provide these basic facilities even on the eve of Diwali.
Mankotia threatened to protest outside the office of Advisor to the Governor if these issues are not addressed soon.
NPP Secretary, Dhani Ram Atri; Councillors-Samnik Bhasin, Sunil Proach, Jagdish Kumar and others were also present in the protest.
