NPP seeks support of Parliament to save J&K from further disaster

NEW DELHI, July 11: Prof Bhim Singh, chief patron of National Panthers Party while addressing the media at Jantar Mantar, here declared that the Panthers Party would launch a campaign with tricolour in hands from Kashmir to Kanyakumari to declare that India is one with one Constitution and one Flag.
He accused the ruling parties at New Delhi of exploiting the people of J&K under the pretext of one flaw or the other for 69 years and yet keeping J&K away from the domain of the Constitution of India under the fraudulent concept of Article 370 which has been working as a cancer in the heart of Union of India.
Prof Singh declared that he would move the Supreme Court of India to seek immediate amendment in Article 370 so that the Constitution of India with its Chapter-III on Fundamental Rights could be incorporated in the laws pertaining to J&K.
Prof Bhim Singh declared that the Panthers Party shall resort to fast in front of Parliament of India, the day Parliament starts with a mission to seek direct intervention of the Parliament to extend civil and political rights enshrined in Chapter-III in the Indian Constitution to the people of J&K who have remained denied till day.
Prof Singh called on all the MPs to take up the issue of J&K directly above the party politics inside the Parliament just with a clear mandate of Parliament to amend Article 370 without any delay so that the Parliament shall have power to introduce all laws included in Central List (List-I) in Schedule-VII without any delay so that the people of J&K shall be free from the serfdom of 69 years under the fast domain of Article 370.
The Panthers Party demanded imposition of Governor Rule under Section 92 of J&K Constitution without any delay so that the fresh election maybe held with clear mandate that India is one from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
