NPP to launch movement for Dogra certificate

JAMMU, Feb 11: Raising the long pending issue, ex-MLA and NPP president, Balwant Singh Mankotia reiterated that his party will launch an aggressive movement for Dogra certificate in the State. He blamed that present and previous dispensations have failed to provide Dogra certificate to the youth of Jammu region which will help them to seek employment in belt forces.
Addressing a monthly meeting of party workers at Udhampur office, Mankotia claimed that being brave Dogra, relaxation in height and chest was being given to youth of Jammu region for joining the armed forces after seeking Dogra certificate from the applicant. Unfortunately, Kashmir centric National Conference, Congress, PDP failed to provide Dogra certificate to the youth of Jammu region, he added.
Making a scathing attack on ruling partner BJP, Mankotia alleged  that after spending three year in present dispensation, Party has remained  totally failed to provide Dogra certificate to youth of Jammu region who had voted the saffron party overwhelmingly during 2014 Assembly elections.
“It’s very strange that people of Jammu region failed to get Dogra certificate in past 70 years which is not a burden on State exchequer. How people of Jammu region can expect their share in employment and development, which requires huge funds?” he asked.
Mankotia told people of Jammu region that time has come to strengthen the NPP to seek equal share in every sphere.
On this occasion, Dhani Ram Attri, Amarnath Mehra, Ram Swaroop, Sardar Manjeet Singh, Sharda Devi, Kapoor Singh, Mohmammad Mirza, Ganesh Sharma, Arjun Singh, Reham Singh, Tirentar Singh and Amit Sharma also addressed the party workers.
