JAMMU, Dec 24: For promoting culture and motivate the young talent and budding artists of dancing, singing and other artistic fields in the State, Nrityashree Deepak Dutta (renowned classic dancer of the State) got Excellence Award.
The Award was presented to Deepak Dutta in a musical concert titled “Ek Shaam Mohd Rafi Ke Naam” organized at jam packed hall of Forest Information Centre at Vikram Chowk (Jammu) by Arohi Kala Sangeet Vidayalaya to give tribute to the singing legend on his 94th birthday.
State president, Betiyaan Foundation along with Urja Singh, founder of Road Safety Champions, Ravinder Kumar Bhat, poet and author, Pyaasa Anjum and founder/chairman of Arohi Kala Sangeet Vidyalaya, Kuldeep Kumar presented the Award to Nrityashree.
