JAMMU, Dec 16: National Secular Forum (NSF) today constituted its body for University of Jammu (JU) in a meeting held here under the chairmanship of NSF president, Sukhdev Singh.
The body comprised of Qayoom Malik as president, JV Singh Manhas as chairman, Balwinder Singh as working president, Vijay Chouhan as vice-chairman, Anil Kumar as senior vice-president and Palvi Verma, Avtar Singh, Manpreet Kour and Gurpreet Kour as vice-presidents.
Indu Bala and Yougal Chouhan were appointed as general secretaries, Sarvat Ahmed, Joginder Kumar and Shahnaz Akhtar as secretaries, Haroon Rashid as press-secretary, Mukthar as cashier while Mushtaq Wajhat was appointed as publicity secretary of the body.
Imtiyaz Ahmed, Pawan Kumar, Anees Charak, Sanjeev Kumar, Javed Iqbal, Sunil Sharma, Babeeta, Sanjogta, Bharti and others were elected as members.
