JAMMU, Apr 16: National Secular Forum (NSF) today strongly criticized Jammu and Kashmir Police for its failure to nab the culprits who had stolen the tyres of JURSEA president’s car and answer scripts of M Phill students of Dogri Department.
Talking to media person here today, NSF president Sukhdev Singh said that despite registration of FIR in both the cases, Police failed to nab the culprits.
An FIR was lodged around 4 month back against unknown persons for stealing tyres of the car of JURSEA president Rakesh Chib near Nehru hostel while another FIR was registered by Jammu University authorities, against unknown persons for stealing answer scripts of M Phill students of Dogri Department.
Even as the answer scripts were received back by the JU through a unanimous dispatcher, the culprits involved in the case are still to be identified and arrested.
“JKP, which is notorious for harassing common masses, is seemingly hand in glove with the thieves of Jammu University involved in both the cases and therefore no action is being taken”, the NSF leader alleged.
